In this transport system, the workpiece carriers are rigidly mounted on the guide chain. This means that the distance to the individual pallets is always constant and thus allows precise positioning, which is implemented via a direct drive motor.
The tool carriers and their holders can be individually adapted to different workpiece sizes and shapes.
Depending on the customer's wishes and technical requirements, it is possible to plan and implement the chain indexing belt in different lengths.
Precise workpiece placement and part feeding can be realised through the indexing.
