Gearbox component and drive shaft straightening machines
To straighten SKODA five-speed gearbox drive shafts, a straightening line with two straightening machines has been developed. The specification contains the requirement for transport, centre cleaning, straightening and defective workpiece sorting after the completion of 100% successful measurements at 10 measuring points.
Straightening process control and evaluation are carried out by means of a PC with a Windows operation system; this is an industry standard with software optimization function (self-learning) and statistical evaluation. Picture diagnostics and quick FFT Fourier transformation are available as an option.
